Program Name: Storytelling for Pre-Sales Engagements

Program Name: Women Empowerment through Theatre

About the Program: This 1-day program with the focus on facilitating participants understand being free, able to let go, being able to handle emotionally tough situations. The course was designed to also help participants connect with others, themselves and the ecosystem that they work in.

 

Duration: One Day


Scope:

* Understand and pause using internal stillness
* Rekindling the creative spirits
* Re-discovering the power of being free and sensitive
* Leading with a smile


Methodology:

Theatre activities and tools are from psychodrama, sociodrama, Boal Methodology, and Grotowski Body Work.

Our specialization is to identify and really understand the needs using our inhouse tools, and then tailor-making a workshop. Using OT's registered tools for the pre and post work is the most exciting and enriching process for us and our clients. Since we tailor make every single workshop that we conduct, all our workshops are distinctly unique from one another catering to every single organization, their distinct culture, and their unique ecosystem.

About the Program: This 2-day program with the focus on not only acquiring new skills for the participation but also the methodology towards achieving that. This course is designed to lead to practical skillsto enable delegates to be both competent and confident in their negotiations, starting with exercises on body language, voice modulations, emotional intelligence using not only theatre tools and techniques but also effective negotiation tools developed by our in-house team


Duration: Two Days


Scope:

* How to plan and prepare a strategy for successful negotiations
* Using effective negotiation skills and behaviours to gather information
* Managing conflicts and deadlocks
* How to influence and persuade both colleagues and client

Program Name: Diversity and Inclusion

About the Program: Done in 3 phases, this on-going exercise of theatre workshops, theatre performances, and various campaigns that are run in an organization by OT, falls under our Level 4 - "Theatre for Organizational Change" work. In this series, an organization looks inward to make those changes possible at an Org level by including every stake-holder, with each of their needs and wants addressed and thereby involving a larger number of people to make it a community in an organization driven towards long term change.

 

Duration: Phase Wise


Scope:
​* Enhancing Body Language, Voice, Emotional Intelligence and other Humane skills.
* Understanding the various tools of voice, dramatization and improvization.
* Performing Playback Theatre, Forum Theatre, Newspaper Theatre
* Using theatre campaings to help with dealing with issues within in an organizational setup
* Ensuring an org level participation.

Program Name: Negotiation skills using Theatre

About the Program: This 2-day program with the focus on the art of story telling. In an organization there were a variety of situations that one could use story telling as a methodology to convey, communicate and inspire team members, leaders and other stake holders within an organiztion.

 

Duration: Two Day


Scope:
​* Enhancing Body Language, Voice, Emotional Intelligence and other Humane skills.
* Understanding the various tools of voice, dramatization and improvization.
* Practicing powerful stories
* Integrating storytelling in an organizational setup
* Finding those moments and tailoring to audiences' needs.
